Shipping policy

HOW IT WORKS

We offer thee shipping methods:

  • Store-to-Locker (at a standard rate of R60)
  • Store-to-Door (at a standard rate of R100)
  • Store-to-Store (at a standard rate of R110)

 

Store-To-Locker | THE COURIER GUY

We offer Pudo locker-to-locker delivery through The Courier Guy’s smart locker network, providing a secure, flexible, and contactless shipping option across South Africa. After your order is processed, we book the shipment via the Pudo platform, selecting the locker location you provided at checkout.

The Courier Guy collects the parcel and delivers it to your chosen destination locker within 1–4 working days, depending on location.

What to expect:

  • You'll receive an SMS and email from Pudo containing a unique PIN and QR code, along with the locker address.
  • Visit the locker at your convenience (lockers are accessible 24/7 at most locations) and use your PIN or QR code to retrieve your parcel.

Parcels must be collected within 36 hours of notification. Uncollected parcels will be returned to the nearest Pudo Kiosk or Depot, and additional fees may apply for redelivery.

 

Store-To-Door | FASTWAY COURIERS

In partnership with our third party provider Fastway Couriers. All deliveries will be made between 08:00 - 17:00, kindly ensure that you are available at your desired address to collect your parcel.

Kindly ensure that your delivery address is as correct as possible to ensure accurate delivery.

All orders are shipped out within 3-5 working days and delivery will occur within 3-7 business days from collection at our premises. Please allow 1 extra day for order processing by our couriers. 

Store-To-Store | POSTNET

In partnership with PostNet Couriers. Your order can be delivered at your nearest PostNet branch.

All orders are shipped out within 3-5 working days . Delivery to your nearest PostNet will occur with 2-3 working days from drop off*. Please allow 1 extra day for outlying areas.

You as the receiver will get SMS notifications notifying you to collect your order at your desired branch.

Please collect your package within 14 days of arrival at your selected PostNet branch. If you cannot, please call your selected desired PostNet branch to let them know and make an arrangement which suits you.

*Drop Off - once Maria Grace Cares has taken the package to a PostNet Branch
