Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

In the event that products are defective* or your order is incorrect, hit us up within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@mariagracecares.com detailing:

1. What went wrong

2. A photo of what went wrong 

3. A screenshot of your order confirmation email (so we can verify it on our side)

We will do our best to arrange a return, replacement or a voucher for you after assessing the information listed above.

 

*Defective does not include the following:

- Products that have been opened

- Products that have melted in transit.
